Fit by haydee Studio’s goal is to stimulate health benefits and proper physical form through the most effective methods of fitness programs. One of our most popular program is Zumba Fitness. Our studio also offers classes in Dance/Fitness: Salsa Party and various expressions and techniques of dance such as Jazz, Hip-Hop, Belly Dance, Salsa Casino, among others.
We provide to the individual options to engage in different fitness program. Our classes are dynamic and full of energy. People whom join at Fit by Haydee Studio can see in short time favorable changes in their body.
We have individual, family and corporate class plans, (minimum 5 employees) for Adults
and Kids, and we offer options in the morning, afternoon and night which may be combined according to every one time and schedules.
